At Born to Birth Prenatal, our classes are intentionally kept small to allow for meaningful discussion, personalized support, and a comfortable learning environment for all participants. Because space is limited and classes often fill quickly, we ask that families carefully review the following cancellation policy before registering.

 

Registration & Payment

 

Registration is confirmed once payment has been completed through the booking system. Payment secures your place in the program and reserves a spot that cannot be offered to another family.

 

Cancellations

 

Due to the small class sizes and high demand for the program, refunds are not typically provided once registration has been completed.

 

However, we understand that pregnancy can sometimes involve unexpected circumstances. In the event of pregnancy-related medical concerns or other significant situations, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you on an appropriate solution.

 

If You Are Unable to Attend Your Scheduled Class

 

If you are unable to attend the class dates you registered for, you will still have access to all of the same educational material through the Born to Birth Prenatal online program, including the slides, handouts, and videos that are covered during the in-person sessions.

 

In addition, participants may schedule a 1:1 virtual Zoom consultation with the nurse educator to review the material, ask questions, and discuss birth planning considerations specific to your situation.

 

Missed Classes

 

If a participant misses a scheduled class session, the educational material from that session will be made available through the online course platform, ensuring that families still receive the complete program content.

Our goal is to ensure that every family who registers for Born to Birth Prenatal feels informed, prepared, and supported for labour, birth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. Even if scheduling conflicts arise, we remain committed to helping you access the information and support you need.
